I upgraded to the latest 6.x-2.x dev and since it now relies on the media modules it no longer shows any of the vimeo videos on my site. I have no idea how to create a Media: Vimeo module so I was wondering if somebody could just whip one together for anyone else who decides to upgrade and finds support for Vimeo gone. Thanks!

vimeo is on its way, tomorrow. i thought there was a media: potpourri or hodgepodge or something w/ all the obsoleted providers... :(

Media: Flotsam, but Vimeo isn't in it (seemed like too big of a provider to relegate to flotsam status)...

How stable is the 2.x-dev version? Is it usable on production sites? Is there a beta or rc coming soon?

Aaron there was a patch for the vimeo provider file that allowed for html5 embedding with their universal player.

@Alex UA: Thanks; I forgot the name of the module, and will add that to the emfield project page if it's not there already. Don't worry about Vimeo; I'm in the middle of creating a Media: Vimeo module this morning.

I've added all of the additional providers to the Media: Video Flotsam module and removed all of the video providers except for example.inc and zzz_custom. Aaron, when you create the Media: Vimeo module I'll remove the provider from the flotsam module.

I added some text on the main page to point to the Media_Video_Flotsam project page and I'm reassigning this to that module's issue queue...

The Media: Vimeo project has been created and tested with a new release. I have no current plans to create the related UStream project at this time...
