No thumbnail is shown for a lot of Google videos. For some of them there is thumbnail but for most of videos the thumnail is not shown.
For example these 2 videos have no thumbnail in Embedded video field:

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7168202820722982640

There is thumbnail in video.google.com but not in module.

Thumbnails are not working in the 6.x version of google videos either. Unfortunately google video does not have an api, so I can't seem to figure out how to get the thumbnails to work any more. If anyone can figure it out, please submit a patch.
