Release notes

First release of the 2.x branch. New features include:

Better handling of the various types of embed codes available.
Support for CRUD file integration with Kaltura or a Kaltura CE server (using KalturaClient API).
Configuration page for fine-tuning settings per server.
Support for KS access control if server integration has been enabled.
Configurable display options for audio and video entries.

There is also now an upgrade path available, please test!
