The gallery pages look very jumbled. They are one on top of another with no image caching / resizing. Any suggestions?

It seems, you have not copied all media_gallery files to your drupal installation.
Try to redownload media_gallery and copy all files (and folders) to your drupal installation.

Does this solve the warning message?
