Dear all,

I created a content type.
Added a media selector field to it.
Hidden the display of this field on the node display.
Created a view to display the videos related to a node with this field with a thumbnail that links to the media page for this video.
Created a view that renders a list of nodes where this video is used, so people can navigate back to the node they found the video on for easier navigation.

And this all is awesome and works! But then it made me wonder.

I have seen the popup window that renders a video thumb when you click on a video inside a media gallery. I got a view that shows a list of media galleries, i did managed to get the popup to kick in and launch the video inside a popup, but i didn't manage to get this to work on my view that renders the videos on a node.

So the question is: is it possible to make my video view, that now links to the media page, to link to the popup instead? And if so, how to do this. I did some research, cause i wondered if the gallery could be opened inside the popup, this now works, but i run into a wall if i try it on my self created view.

Thanks for this great module.

You Could probably rewrite the link in the View. Did you come up with a solution yourself? Please reopen if it is still valid.

I did try that already, rewrite the result, but no luck yet.

Not yet, but i'll leave this as fixed for now, i'll retry this as soon as media 2.0 lands + more entity related stuff (cause that's really going to do a lot of good on this particular project). Will keep you informed on my progress. Thnx for the reply!
