All my embedded Animoto videos stopped working some time this week and report: "Error retrieving video embed code." where the video would normally appear on the page. I'm assuming this is due to a change made by animoto.

I'm primarily reporting this now with little other information to determine if other people have experienced the same thing or if I'm alone. I will begin investigating to see if I can determine a cause and possibly a fix.

I'm the maintainer of this module, but actually I'm not involved anymore with the project that originally required it. So, I'm not sure what happened this week. Please try to troubleshoot, and if you find a fix, create a patch, or just tell me what changes you think need to be made and I'll test it out. Thanks.

Animoto has no updated documentation to point to a change in their API. The API URL is currently redirecting to an error page. I have filed a support request with them Aug 5, 2013 - but so far no response. Will update the ticket when more info is known.

Animoto support has replied with a change to the oEmbed API URL. Patch is attached.
