Add Functional and Kernel Tests

Problem/Motivation

Add function javascript tests, that tests the form processes.

Add kernel tests for deriative testing, transporter and stdio.

I think since nodejs exists on the gitlab servers, we could add a simple mcp mock server for testing tools (and later resources/prompts)

Is dependent on #3557644: Use Tool API
