Problem/Motivation

- Right now we just use the tools from MCP.
- For example with slack we have "Send message" but we might want to create a tool that is "Send message to this channel" that will put into the description of the channel into the tool.
- We may do this with the tool api and its approach to derivatives, or build this into the client.
- Also should this be in the MCP module? (Probably not, an MCP server and Client are two very different use-cases)
