Webform field mapping broken

Notice: Undefined index: value in marketo_webform_webform_submission_insert() (line 73 of ../marketo/marketo_webform/marketo_webform.module).

I believe this is an issue with the new 4.x version of Webform, they changed the structure of the $submission->data array.
