Two bugs with comment pages

The first one is about the avatars. Why are they situated behind the comment blocks?
And the second one (more important) is that when I load the second page, where the first comment on it is an answer to a comment on the previous page, I have a bug with no displaying blocks and not absolutely filled background.

Does anybody have ideas how to fix it?
