I changed the navigation (top) menu colors and it works fine in Chrome, but not in IE9 and Firefox 5.0.
When I set the "use css3 effects" to "off" then the colorchange doesn't happen in Chrome as well. This applies only for the menu, not for the borders and background. Can anyone please help me with this issue? I am not a Drupal specialist...... See also the attached jpgs

DanB CreditAttribution: DanB commentedDid you check the file at /sites/all/themes/marinelli/css/css3/css3_graphics.css? I had to tweak this for Moz- and the changes applied took effect immediately for IE9.

I too had the same problem, I went through CSS3/css_graphics.css but that file contains class for chrome and firefox only, but not IE. IE still displaying the #054b81 color. Can you please help me to solve it?
