A group of experienced Drupal contributors are here to help you maintain existing contributed projects and help you to learn how be a better (co-)maintainer.

Drupal's contributed community needs support, and we're working to amplify our amazing community to make that support happen.

Types of Tasks We Take On

In general, we aren't trying to write new features or work on new complex issues that need significant development. Our goal is to make sure folks who contribute to Drupal modules have their work reviewed, encouraged, and published in a reasonable time frame.

  1. Someone trusted to Commit RTBC patches, test everything, and roll releases.
  2. Review "Needs Review" issues with pending patches
  3. Update documentation for projects
  4. Triage issues in the queue to ensure that statuses are correct and responded to
  5. Implement D9 required fixes
  6. Finish security patches to prevent abandoned modules
  7. Fix automated tests
  8. In some cases, finish existing D8 ports
