Releases for Mailhandler Single Mailbox

This is a teeny tiny bug fix release. If mailhandler_singlebox is not configured correctly a notification is displayed to a user with 'submit content by mail via singlemailbox' permissions would get a message letting them know there is a problem. However if the user saved their account a duplicate of this message would be displayed. This release fixes that problem.
