Problem/Motivation
Mailhandler module ships with a default ReadMe.MD file that helps new users start with the module: https://github.com/fantastic91/mailhandler/blob/8.x-1.x/README.md.
However, there is no section to describe how the module can be configured.
Proposed resolution
To make users life easier (e.g. #2861788: If gnupg is not installed contend is not created from email), we should add a new section about the ways how to configure the module. Could we make it as a FAQ section as well?
