When an image is embedded in an email mailhandler automatically puts the image in public://mailhandler. If there is an image or file field attached to the content type, the feeds importer attaches the image using the same path.

Our site uses filefield_paths to organize files and images. This is particularly important because we use og, and want the files associated with a group in a directory for that group.

It would be better if mailhandler checked for and used filefield_paths, and used the mailhandler default as a fallback, or if it had a way to customize file locations in the mailhandler mailbox ui.

Thanks
