Release notes

We're thrilled to release the initial version of the MailChimp module for Drupal 8. This is a direct port of the 7.x-3.x branch. It has complete feature parity with the exception of the MailChimp Activity submodule, which has yet to be ported.

The alpha designation reflects that the 8.x branch has not yet been proven on production, although it is stable and fully functional by all accounts. As always, thanks to MailChimp for their continued support of this popular and important integration.
