Release new stable version of 7.x

Thanks for all your work on this module.

Just ran into the problem described over at #2895634: Cannot install with Composer. The only solution to that problem is to use the current -dev release to download with composer.

Also saw that the latest release is not even 4.7 (which is what breaks it for composer), but 4.8. Meaning that if you try to download the latest stable release after 4.7 you still get the issue. Since the commit that makes it possible to use the current version in composer is after latest stable :p

Would be nice to tag a new release, just so this does not happen?
