Currently this feature of scheduling campaign is not available with D8 version. It would be great to have the ability to schedule a email campaign from the Campaign dashboard.

FYI: Some work to do this using rules was done for the D7 version of mailchimp. But that never made it into this module.
I have no idea how much work it will be to update that patch ( I am guessing a lot because Rules also got a big overhaul)
