I had the module working all fine. Yesterday I changed a few form fields and check boxes just stopped being pulled from the mail-chimp server into my signup form. So started real simple to debug this. Email address 2 check boxes and 2 radio buttons in the Signup form. The radio buttons are pulled from the mail-chimp server, the check boxes not. I have contacted mail-chimp but they where no able to help me.

So in short how can I get this module to pull the check boxes from the mail-chimp server.

Could you let me know the process you're following to create this signup form and how you're adding it to Drupal?

Are you creating the signup form in Drupal (/admin/config/services/mailchimp/signup) or in MailChimp?
