I understand that the libraries are with the module, no need to put manually in libraries and that there are no other dependencies. However on updating from 8.x-1.0 to 8.x-1.1 running update.php generates:

"Some of the pending updates cannot be applied because their dependencies were not met."

Then

"No pending updates."

And when trying to configure a mailchimp campaign, the website returns
"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

And the log file shows:
"Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\RouteNotFoundException: Route "116" does not exist. in Drupal\Core\Routing\RouteProvider->getRouteByName() (line 191 of /home/udcadmin/public_html/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/RouteProvider.php)."

Under Pending Updates, did you see this update?

8001 - Update the class name in configuration.

Does a full cache clear make any difference?

@ruscoe, I couldn't see this message that's why I changed its status to "cannot reproduce".

I have found the same message in drupal 8.2.3, I don't know exactaly with which module has relation, I don't have "MailChimp" installed , but I guess that in anyway is a bug of some module, maybe core?, because the error message has not enought information, I miss for example the description of the "Pending Updates", the name of the module(s).

Could someone assign the issue to the correct project? thanks in advance.

#2 I have cleaned the cache before make update.php without result, and I don't see any Pending Updates

@dimr If you saw the error and do not use Mailchimp, I would open a core issue with as much information as you can provide.
