User subscribe check dont update without clearing cache

I install latest dev and connect it with MailChimp, I create field for list in user, and map the field with the list in MailChip with webhooks enabled.

Everything works fine, just only one thing in this flow:
settings: Use batch processing is DISABLED

1- user edit his profile and tick subscribe then save
2- user get email for confirmation
3- user clicked on confirmation link

Result: user subscribe tick will stay unticked until site cache is clear

Expected result: user subscribe tick is ticked.

I check the callback for webhook and i found the subscribe cased is not covered, i'm not sure if this bug or not.
