Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
Hi,
I have 2 versions of a Drupal website : a public one and a private one.
Since an update from Drupal 7.2x to 7.34 :
- the configured Mailchimp List only appears for the private version, in the backoffice.
- the Merge Fields don't appear anymore for both versions in the frontoffice.
Changing the API key or deleting it for the private version didn't help.

ruscoe CreditAttribution: ruscoe commented@joego Sorry if you've already tried this, but could you clear the site cache on both Drupal installations? Please let me know if that has any effect on the missing merge fields.
If you're still missing your MailChimp lists, please open this URL:
http://YOUR_SITE_URL_HERE/admin/config/services/mailchimp/lists
and click the "Refresh lists from Mailchimp" link.Comment #2
ruscoe CreditAttribution: ruscoe as a volunteer commentedWe're going to be ending support for the 7.x-3.x branch due to the upcoming deprecation of the v2.0 MailChimp API. If you're still seeing this issue with the most recent release, please feel free to reopen for the 7.x-4.x branch.
