Default list selection and export functionnality

Hi community,

I've improved a little bit the Mailchimp Module and would like to share it with the community.
It's my fist patch, so there's surely things to correct.

Don't hesitate to give me advices, I would make the patch better.

I hope it will be integrated to the core's modules.

This patch permits :
- Export lists members data in CSV, implements a right for it ;
- Setting a default list for a role for when creating a campaign do not allow it to change the list ;
