Releases for Mail Template

- Issue fixed #1141196 by maximpodorov : Errors in mail_template.rules.inc.
- Issue fixed #1143238 by maximpodorov : Mail Template breaks e-mail format for the whole site, Old code deleted.
- Change the dependecies. Only Mimemail dependent
- Use only mimemail. Some bux fixes for test mail. Some code cleaning
- Issue fixed #1140914 by maximpodorov: Support user language in all cases.
