Release notes

Many incremental changes and some schema changes as well.

- new task type Inline Form API (sub-module)
- small bug fixes to task console
- small bug fixes to admin editor
- adding a new task on the admin editor now places the task where mouse was clicked
- set process variable task changes, new hook HOOK_maestro_set_process_variable_methods allows tasks to set their own method of setting the process variable
- view task in detail option when editing a task in the admin editor which is a flag that allows tasks to opt in/out of showing in the task history
