This will allow to specify time in minutes. For example currently it is not possible to 30 minutes or 45 minutes or 1 hour 30 minutes.

Could the Developer approve this patch for the project? I have a need to track in 20 minute increments. Thank you knyshuk.vova for the work!

Also, can this be approved for the D8 version?
