Hey,

I found on several other issues that people faced the same problem (have a look at related posts). I want to offer my patch for implementing Logintoboggan module support where - for example - people might be allowed to fill in their emails instead of ther username when logging in.

I had to remove the 2 first lines of the proposed patch to have it work but it's perfect with Login Security 7.x-1.9 and LoginToboggan 7.x-1.5.
