Here is the patch. Btw simplytest.me does not seem give the option of 8.x-1.x dev, that is why an error is encountered. But if applied manually, it works on the 8.x-1.x dev.

The patch can't be applied. 8.x-1.x-dev should be 8.x-1.x in simplytestme and there's one option for that. Simplytest.me can't apply your patch
