Attached patch adds a new permission which excludes the user from tracking.

bkonetzny, thanks a ton for taking the responsibility. I have added you as a maintainer and have granted you all the rights. I have not checked this project until you reported bugs. And I was amazed to see that the project is getting used by many websites. I wrote this during my school days.
