Display action buttons on log/asset view page

Moving this to 2.0.x - but it may be something we defer to downstream applications to implement (eg: farmOS). Worth exploring what is involved here first, in case it makes sense to do it in a more general way.

Moving this to the farmOS issue queue, and generalizing it for assets as well. It makes more sense to have this logic downstream in the application that needs it, because there will be some decisions about what actions to include/exclude.
