Location Taxonomize incompatibility with Taxonomy Menu

I've successfully set up a taxonomy vocabulary and it works fine with Location Taxonomize. When attempting to use that vocabulary with Taxonomy Menu to be able to display a menu of the taxonomy terms, there appears to be an inability for Taxonomy Menu to recognize or utilize taxonomy terms in the location_taxonomize vocabulary. When the batch process is happening it seems to read the number of taxonomy terms, but when finished none show up in the vocabulary.

If I manually add a term to the vocabulary it is indeed created as a menu item in the Taxonomy Menu, so it works in that respect, just not for the automatically-generated-by-batch terms from Location Taxonomize.

Any ideas? The terms are in the vocabulary, but they are not conveyed into the menu. I realize this borders inbetween this module and the Taxonomy Menu but it seems like there's something that's keeping the taxonomy terms from being "real" for fully employed, maybe it's the "keep synced" part, dunno.

Any help would be appreciated, running out of options here to get a simple taxonomy to appear on a panel page.
