Release notes

This release moves our project from Github to Drupal.org, updating the composer namespace from "localgovdrupal/" to "drupal/" .

If you have required this project directly, you may need to update your composer.json to reference the drupal namespace.

Please note, from this point, all new development work will be here on drupal.org.
