No "Open File Browser" Button

Hello,

2 years ago I supplied a patch for linkit-7.x-3.4 due to the File Browser button not appearing.

When linkit-7.x-3.5 was introduced it seems that the issue started reappearing. Can anyone else confirm the issue?
