How can we create links that point to anchors or just anchors in general? I no longer see a basic link button from core in Drupal 8.3.x, sO I don't see a way to do this.
Also, how come LinkIt breaks / won't display the friendly alias if a # exists in a URL you want to link to (in this case, an anchor)?

miro_dietikerIt seems that the Linkit widget cuts off the # from all input although the storage would easily support it.
So as a first step we should simply just make sure it's not cutoff.
Even better would be to extract the named anchors from the target URL, with autocomplete or mouse-click, but i guess i'm just daydreaming... ;-)
