token for absolute url

Is it possible there is no token to get the absolute url?

i enter this into link field:
www.facebook.com

and i have "Absolute URL" checked for the field, but when i use this token: [node:field-facebook:url] i do not get the http:// appended. i only get this if i make sure to add this in the field value.

am i missing something here?
