Rule not showing in VBO

I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why a rule that created a token in Drupal and synchronized it to LS wouldn't show up in a VBO view.

I don't this is specific to this module, but it seemed to be a case of having to specify in the rule that the administrator role has permission to execute the rule.

Just in case anyone else runs into this problem...
