Titles of images do not get updated if image name is changed

Dear Lightning devs.

If I use Media Browser to update the names of Images that where uploaded with e.g a cryptic file name the Image-Title do not get Updated even after a corn run. I am not sure how to figure out this issue perhaps you know the trick.
