As per the title. Note that this would be a lot easier if #588518: Allow contrib modules to hook into admin_menu's "Flush All Caches" ever comes around.

mstrelan CreditAttribution: mstrelan commentedWell @sun was very quick to commit #588518: Allow contrib modules to hook into admin_menu's "Flush All Caches" so here's a new patch, which only works for admin_menu >= 2012-Mar-08. Has no effect on older versions of admin_menu.
