Legal Generator

Legal Generator provides a Site Administrator with templates to use for generating the actual legal content for a:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy

The templates are pre-populated with content repurposed from the WordPress Terms of Use and Automattic Privacy Policy, provided by Automattic under a Creative Commons Sharealike license. All references to WordPress.com and Automattic are replaced with your Site and your Company. All content specific to Wordpress.com products have been removed from the content.

After installing Legal Generator, configure the module:

• Navigate to Administration > System > Legal Generator (admin/config/system/legal-generator)
• Enter the Company and Site Info to use in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Click "Save Settings".
• Navigate to the "Terms of Service" tab to view/copy the Terms of Service HTML.
• Navigate to the "Privacy Policy" tab to view/copy the Privacy Policy HTML.

The HTML that Legal Generator provides can be used to copy/paste into nodes, or into the input of the Legal module, or anywhere else you'd like.

Legal Generator is available to users who have access to "Administer site information".
