Uninstalling Lazy.module doesn't revert the image field display formatters

After uninstalling the module, field_config_instance table would still keep traces of lazy settings.

Drupal will ignore missing display formatter and will use the default field formatter Image. However uninstalling the module shouldn't leave any traces of Lazy.

Revert all the lazy-loading image fields back to Image formatter.
