Problem/Motivation

When using the popup to add components/layouts sometimes it is cut off by the top of the screen.

Steps to reproduce

Open popup when the button is near the top of the screen, with many available components. See screenshot.

Created patch. Adjusted the positionMenu function to check if the menu would run off the top of the page and set orientation to "beneath".
