.info file formatting tweaks

Problem/Motivation

The module's .info file could use some tweaks to bring it in line with Drupal code formatting standards.

1. Change module name to title case. i.e. Layout Builder Usage Reports
2. Change package to Layout Builder. Custom should only be used for non-contrib custom modules. "Layout Builder" is the package name many other contrib modules in the Layout Builder ecosystem are using.
3. Apply {project}:{module} formatting to module dependencies. i.e. drupal:layout_builder
