Our users use layout builder to mange the blocks on pages. Some blocks have a queue of items within a block that have a numerical weight that works when the modal is disabled for editing. I noticed in the console that ::after is not applied to element that core tabledrag.css has.
I also tried to disable all related modules and see if something else was creating the issue but that did not yield any results. I looked through the issues here and other layout builder modules but could not find anything related.
