This is an excellent improvement to trying to squeeze large config forms into the default tiny sidebar area given by Layout Builder.
Wondering if there is any way to provide the "open configure modal" links on the front end. This would allow configuration of blocks without having to first go to the layout for the page. This is basically what Panels IPE used to do in D7. I see there is a LB IPE module which is supposed to work with this module; but the LB IPE module makes a mess of our home page when i activate it and the block which i am trying to edit from the FE is not even shown when opening the page with LB IPE.
