This is neat, but does not work on pages that are not nodes, even though the page may be translated. The coming patch makes it work on all translated pages. I am not sure if it makes sense to also optionally check if the page is a translated entity.

MR is ready and has newer code than the patch. If you like it, I wouldn't mind being granted maintainer status for this project as I intend to use it in many of my projects and it clearly needs more love.
