I would be happy to see a new release of l10n_update. Not sure what is blocking here, but I have at least one major malfunctions reported that have been fixed in DEV and do not allow me to update PO files. And finally I do not like to run DEV any longer just for this...

eiriksmJust noticed this issue. Would also love to see a new stable release. I see the issue mentioned is fixed, is this now blocked on something? I see there is a follow up at #2674064: Provide default values for excluded projects and languages., but it seems like something that could go out in the next minor release as well.
