Changes since 6.x-3.0:

Changes in arguments of the script kplatforms.sh: -d becomes -i and -D becomes -d. Read the documentation at Creating platforms with the 'kplatforms.sh' script.

• Adding D6 module ubercart and its own makefile as suggested in redmine issues # 7858 and # 7888.
• Removing the explicit list of inclusions in the readme file.
