Port to Drupal 8

A Drupal 8 port.

• Instead of function names, each state is a Khaaaaan class extending the previous state. Think of the code reuse!
• Includes a unit test demonstrating what used to be in genesis_device.module
• More attempts at poor humour
• No dependency on bad judgement, because it doesn't have a functional 8.x release.

Let's get this shipped before an RC of D8 is out!
