Hi Donny,

in the case that the right sidebar won't be shown, there is a "step" on the right border between the headerWrapper and contentWrapper. (I use advanced forum, where the right sidebar is faded out.)
It ist the result of a too wide grafic-block (non-transparent area) in the fader.png. For me it worked fine after deleting (making transparent) the rightmost 2 pixel columns.
Maybe a very little fix for future releases. ;-)

Oh, I was too fast. This results in a too small width on the 3 column page...

Ok. I think, I've got it.

.one-sidebar #center {
width: 702px;
}

instead of 700px.
