JSON:API Explorer is categorized as core module

Problem/Motivation

I've activated the jsonapi_explorer module with Drush. At a later pointed I was searching for the module in the modules list. But in the web services category i was unable to find it. Skimmed the rest of the non core categories - no luck. Then searched for it with the search filter field and it turned out it is listed as a contributed module in the core category.

Remaining tasks

Perhaps list the jsonapi_explorer in the web services category instead of the core category?
